These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AERIOX website at aeriox.co and the purchases you make from us, including through our TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram storefronts. AERIOX is operated by AERIOX, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AERIOX," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

2. Products. Our products are printed on demand. We show colors, prints, and sizing as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small variations in print placement and color are normal. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

3. Pricing and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images on this site belong to AERIOX, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product does not give you any right to reproduce or resell the designs.

6. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site. That means no unlawful use, no interfering with its security or operation, no scraping, and no submitting false information. You are responsible for anything you submit, such as reviews or messages. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display content you submit publicly, such as reviews.

7. Third-party services. Payments, platform storefronts (TikTok, Meta), and carriers are provided by third parties under their own terms. We're not responsible for their services.

8. Disclaimers. Except as stated in our policies or required by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AERIOX, LLC's total liability for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify AERIOX, LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version posted on the site, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
